Working toward independent licensure can feel isolating, especially if you don't have consistent, high-quality supervision. I offer clinical supervision for pre-licensed social workers working toward LCSW licensure who want more than just a signature on their hours, real support in developing clinical judgment, confidence, and their own therapeutic voice.

I believe good supervision holds both support and challenge at the same time. You should leave our sessions feeling backed, not judged, but also genuinely pushed to grow into the clinician you're becoming.
Supervision isn't one-size-fits-all. What you need in your first few months of practice looks different from what you'll need closer to independent licensure, and what works for one supervisee doesn't always work for another. I shape our work together around where you actually are: your caseload, your growing edges, the theoretical orientation you're developing, and the kind of feedback that actually helps you learn, not just the kind that's easiest to give.
My goal isn't to hand you a script for how to be a therapist. It's to help you build the clinical judgment, self-awareness, and confidence to trust your own voice in the room, while making sure you're never navigating hard cases alone.
Supervision sessions are held via secure telehealth, so you can meet from wherever you're working. We'll spend time reviewing cases, working through clinical decision-making, and talking through the parts of the job that training doesn't always prepare you for, things like managing scope of practice, handling difficult client dynamics, and building sustainable habits early in your career.
Supervision is currently available for pre-licensed social workers in Arizona, California, Delaware, and Illinois working toward LCSW licensure. Requirements for supervised hours vary by state, so if you're not sure whether this fits your specific licensure path, that's a great question to bring to a free consultation.
